Returns and Exchanges
We don't accept returns/exchanges on coffee or consumable items.
Merch (non-consumable items):
- We offer a 30-day return/exchange window on eligible merchandise from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to deny or adjust refunds if returned items are not received in original condition.
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.
